[email protected]My name is Ashira Hanson and I am the 3rd-7th Grade Math teacher at AOL. I have been teaching for three years, all at Ascension of Our Lord School. I graduated from St. Charles Catholic and Southeastern University with a General Studies degree. Teaching math is my calling from God, which is why I love being a math teacher. My job goes beyond being a teacher, my job title is whatever my students' needs may be. Helping students achieve greatness whether in math or real life is my mission. I have been married to Barry Hanson Jr. for 5 years and we have a wonderful son who is full of energy. I am here to help students enjoy math while learning meaningful lessons for the real world. I believe God's children are called according to their purpose in life, and being a teacher is my purpose.
